THE JOURNEY…

Welcome!  If you’re here, you’re curious about this plant-based goodness and I’m so excited for you!  I LOVE what essential oils have done for our family!  I’m a married mom of two young girls and it can get pretty hectic up in here!  From attitudes to ailments and everything in between, we needed help!  Essential oils have changed the game for us, getting us OUT of the funk we were in!  I love to help families discover the power in these oils and how they can help benefit and improve their lives, one step at a time.

Diffusing is my favorite way to use essential oils!  I keep my oils right next to my diffuser, easy to see and use daily.  We also apply them topically to our skin.  I bought some roller bottles off Amazon to make my own blends to use when we’re out and about!  The rollers are safely diluted (by adding fractionated coconut oil) and easy to apply to anyone, including the babes.  Honestly, having babies is what prompted me to take a closer look into the scary world of toxins and chemicals and why I chose to incorporate essential oils into our lives.  The side effects of chemicals/synthetics in our personal care products are mind boggling!  Some of these chemicals are BANNED in other countries but are still used and sold in the US!  I didn’t want my kids, or any of us, to be exposed to that stuff so we switched a lot of things out.  Young Living has oil-infused cleaning and personal care products to help you switch over to safer options.  In the 25 yrs they’ve been in business, they’ve also created products for pets, babies and a non-toxic make-up line, all infused with essential oils.  I don’t have time to run to a bunch of different places for this and that, so Young Living has become our one-stop shop for everything we need, with 2 day delivery, like our beloved Amazon!  My goal is to make it simple for you and show you the best products to start with and how to use them because that’s what helped me–one drop at a time and not being afraid of what I didn’t know.  The key is consistency so keep your oils within eyesight and use them often!  Scroll down to see what’s in the Premium Starter Kit (how I got started) and why I chose Young Living over other oil companies!
