Living a healthy life goes far beyond the food you eat or the hours you put in at the gym. This is a valuable lesson I learned after years of only focusing on food and fitness.
Creating a healthy life means caring for yourself – mind, body and spirit. For me, that means eating nourishing foods, making room for conscious indulgences, practicing yoga, daily meditation, moving my body in ways that feels good, nurturing relationships, and supplementing my health with high quality products such as essential oils.
