Hi, I'm Jordan!

Hi, I’m Jordan. I’m the wife to Drew and I have 4 amazing boys ages 6 and 4, and 1 year old twins. They are super busy, wild, and loving. I’m so thankful for the family God has given me. It wasn’t always that way though.

Growing up, my family used a lot of all natural options. When I got married and moved out, I kind of decided it was all just crazy. Fast forward about 6 years to the birth of my first son, Isaiah. I honestly don’t know what it is about becoming a Mom, but somehow, that made me think more carefully about what I was putting in and on my body (and my son’s body). I thought I was doing a pretty good job. I mean, I was buying the Eco friendly products. (which I later discovered were actually WORSE! Who knew you can’t trust the label. But that’s another story for another day.)

So, here I was, making what I thought were great choices and being a new Mom and all the things that go along with that. You know, the things no one told you about. LOL For realz, tell the new MaMa’s that they won’t sleep the first couple of months and that their hormones are gonna be a crazy insane roller coaster afterwards. And it’s pretty common, so it doesn’t make you a bad Mom. It’s REALLY ok to not be ok. I get it, I’ve been there too. There wasn’t a day that went by that I wasn’t curled up in the corner crying. I didn’t know why, I just knew that something needed to change. I felt SO guilty for hating the one thing I had always wanted. Motherhood. 

Around that time, my friend, Lauren, posted on her Facebook wall about an online class.
