My journey may be like yours, I was unsure about this “essential oil” stuff. As a Nurse, I know that a lot of our medicines of today found their start in plants of the earth. I like to use Lavender essential oil on a q-tip and swab the inside of my nose. This supports my nasal passages when our Cedar trees are blooming.
I use the Ortho Sport massage oil to support my knees after a long day of yard work.

This is the formula that my daughter and I put together for me to support a healthy muscular/skeletal system. I call it my Super Cream because I use it as my go to oil infused cream for almost everything. The Base Cream is made from 1 1/2 tablespoons of Shea Butter, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, during the summer months I also add 1 tablespoon of beeswax. Melt together in a small glass container sat into double boiler, cool in refrigerator. Use hand emulsifier or mixer to whip into a cream, add oils. Place into 2 oz. container.
