Young Living has been a part of my family for a few years now and makes my job easier. I love using essential oils in making my own products to create a healthier environment in my home. My favorite oil constantly changes because, let’s be real, how can I choose just one? Right now, I am absolutely in love with Purification. I love it’s clean scent and versatility. Plus, it really kills those stinky smells. Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope I can help you along your journey to discovering just how beneficial Young Living essential oils can be in your life. Please let me know if you have any questions or are interested in making safe natural products for your household.

Replacing store bought chemical laden products with safe natural homemade versions can seem a bit overwhelming. Okay, okay, maybe more than just a bit. My first piece of advice: Make one small change at a time. Don’t attempt to do it all at once or you’ll end up over your head and quit. So here is a simple place to start: lotion.
Lotion? Doesn’t seem like a big deal, but the store bought brands are full of harmful chemicals. This is the stuff that we slather all over our bodies at least once a day. Thankfully, the replacement is easy and only two ingredients at that.
First, take coconut, almond, avocado, or jojoba oil and put into a mixing bowl. You can use how ever much you like depending on how much lotion you want to make. Then add a few drops of your favorite essential oil and stir. Voilà, lotion. You can make just enough for one use or make extra and store the excess in a mason jar.
Like I said, Easy.
One effortless change and you are on your way to a toxic free life.
